- Yes — every protein on the Zyka menu is 100% Zabiha halal. The kitchen sources from certified halal suppliers and prepares all proteins separately from any non-halal ingredients used elsewhere in the building.
- Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?
- Generously. Roughly a third of the menu is vegetarian, with several vegan-adaptable dishes — paneer, dal, biryani, and a full vegetable curry section. Filter the menu by diet to see them grouped.
- Do you deliver?
- Yes. Order directly through our online portal for the fastest pickup or delivery. We also list on the major third-party platforms.
- Can you cater large weddings?
- Yes. Our catering kitchen handles events from 30-person team lunches to 400-guest receptions. Visit the Catering page or email us with your date and guest count to start a quote.
- What is the difference between dum biryani and regular biryani?
- Dum biryani is finished in a sealed pot — the dough or foil seal traps steam, letting the rice and meat cook together in their own aromatics rather than in added liquid. It's slower, more aromatic, and the technique we use for every biryani on the menu.
